  1. 1

    Who we are

Yurtah Market runs yurtah.ai, a marketplace for new developments and other property in Kyrgyzstan. For anything in this notice, call or write to us on the numbers at the bottom of every page.

  2. 2

    What we collect

What you give us: your phone number, your name if you add it, the text of your request or message, how you want us to reply (Telegram, WhatsApp or a call) and the language you used. We also record the consent you gave and when you gave it.

What your browser sends: the page you arrived on, the site you came from and any campaign tags in the link. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, for security.

If you write to Kulpunai, our chat assistant, the chat service keeps the conversation so that our team can answer it.

  3. 3

    Why we use it

To find property that fits your request and reply to you; to answer an enquiry about a project; to prevent abuse of the forms; and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

The home page shows what people are asking for. It shows only the shape of a request — the kind of property, the number of rooms, a known district and a rounded budget — and never a name, a phone number or your words.

  4. 4

    On what basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box on a form, under chapter 11 of the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. You can withdraw it at any time; we then stop using your details and delete them unless a law requires us to keep them.

  5. 5

    Who receives it

Our own team. A developer, an owner or an agent receives your name and number only if you ticked the separate box that allows it; otherwise we pass messages between you.

Companies that provide services to us and act on our instructions: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Telegram (tells our team a request has arrived), the Kulpunai chat service, PostHog (usage statistics, when enabled) and Anthropic, whose Claude model reads the text of a request to turn it into search filters. Anthropic receives the text you typed, not your name or number — unless you wrote them in the text itself.

We do not sell personal data.

  6. 6

    Where it is stored

On servers outside Kyrgyzstan: the database is in the European Union (Germany), and the site is served from the European Union and the United States. Ticking the consent box on a form is your agreement to this transfer.

  7. 7

    How long we keep it

While we are working on your request and for twelve months after it is closed, so that we can pick it up if you come back. After that it is deleted or made anonymous. Ask us and we delete it sooner.

  8. 8

    Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or tell us to stop contacting you. Call or write to the numbers below; we answer within the time the law sets.

  9. 9

    Cookies and your browser

We keep your language choice in a cookie and your saved listings in your own browser. If usage statistics are enabled, they use a cookie that does not identify you by name or number. The chat window sets its own cookie when you open it.

  10. 10

    Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and its date. For a change that matters, we ask for your consent again.
