   What Yurtah is

   Yurtah Market is an information service and a marketplace: it shows developers' projects and owners' property, takes requests and puts buyers in touch with sellers. Yurtah is not the developer, the seller or a bank, and it is not a party to any sale. A purchase is a contract between you and the developer or the owner.

   The information on the site

   Floor plans, prices, availability and specifications come from developers' own decks, price lists and stock lists, each shown with its date. They change, sometimes daily. Confirm the current price and availability with the sales office before you decide; we pass your question on.

   Nothing on the site is a public offer, and a price shown here does not bind a developer until it is written into a contract.

   What we check, and what we do not

   Where a page says facts were verified against the paperwork, we have read registered documents and publish what they establish. That is not a guarantee of a developer's solvency or of a completion date. Read the contract, check the state register of buildings under construction, and take independent legal advice before paying.

   Requests

   Sending a request is free for people who are looking. By sending one you ask us to contact you through the channel you chose. We answer as quickly as we can; we do not promise that a matching property exists.

   Kulpunai, our AI

   Kulpunai reads requests, sets search filters and answers questions about projects. It can misread a sentence or be out of date. It does not give legal, tax or financial advice, and what it says does not bind Yurtah or a developer.

   Listing a property

   If you list a property, you confirm that you own it or may sell it, and that what you tell us about it is true. We may decline or remove a listing.

7. 7

   Gifts and promotions

   A gift or a promotion mentioned on the site applies only on the terms we confirm to you in writing before you reserve.

   Fair use

   Do not send false requests, collect other people's data, copy the catalogue in bulk or interfere with the site. We may limit access for anyone who does.

   Liability

   The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Yurtah is not liable for a developer's or an owner's actions, for a deal you make with them, or for a decision you take on the basis of information on the site. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you as a consumer.

    Law and contact
