Evernew is being built by Central Asian Industrial Company Sinkhen LLC, a developer with international experience. It stands in one of the capital's most liveable districts: the quiet southern part of the city, with an infrastructure of its own.
The towers rise 24 storeys, with five apartments to a landing and 115 to a block. Ceilings are 3.3 metres. The ground floors of blocks 5, 6 and 7 form a shopping arcade of fourteen units.
The developer has not yet supplied a price list or a stock list. Everything published here comes from the project's sales deck: floor plans with room schedules, the grounds and the amenities. Prices will appear the moment the developer confirms them.

State schools No. 58 and No. 62, and the private Oxford International, United World International, Tensai International and Ak-Tilek schools, as the developer lists them.
Five universities in the district: the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, the Razzakov technical university, the Akhunbaev medical academy, the Karasaev Bishkek State University and the Arabaev Kyrgyz State University.
The Medi Plus, MEDI, Neoclinic, Unimed and K.Clinic clinics, the medical academy's own centre and the Orto-Sai centre are all from the developer's list; City Children's Hospital No. 3 is half an hour on foot.
The Ala-Archa mall is a kilometre away, Tommi Mall and Cosmopark two. The restaurants the developer names are NAVAT, Khoja Nasreddin, Abstract and Mubarak.
The US and Chinese embassies are two kilometres away, the Presidential Administration three. The K Hotel and Casablanca for guests; the Iman Borboru mosque a quarter of an hour away.
